- Jumeirah Beach – This is where you get that classic holiday vibe. Resorts right on the sand, easy beach access, and a more laid-back feel. If you just want to relax and wake up to the sound of the sea, this is your spot.
- The Palm Jumeirah – The famous man-made island shaped like a palm tree. It’s full of luxury resorts, infinity pools, and over-the-top views. If you’re after that “Dubai holiday” look on Instagram, this is it.

In malls, markets, and public areas, it’s best to dress modestly. Think shoulders covered, no super short skirts or shorts. You don’t need to overthink it, just go for something comfortable and respectful.
At beaches, pools, and resorts, swimwear is absolutely fine. Bikinis are normal, just don’t wear them away from the pool or beach.
If you plan to visit a mosque, you’ll need to cover your hair, arms, and legs completely. Some mosques provide abayas at the entrance if you don’t have one.
